There is nothing special about a DVD ISO. Just make an ISO 9660-compatible image with whatever data you want (in fact, neither a DVD nor CD needs to contain a ISO 9660 file system at all). I usually do something very similar to: Well that piece of info greatly simplifies things... thanks.
